Process

1. Finding the ah-ha moment.
The first goal of our process on a new website project is to find the 'ah ha' moment. That is the moment when the picture of your passion for the project comes into focus. Once we know your main desire for the site, we can set out brainstorming creative ideas and solutions.

To reach the 'ah ha' moment, we need to learn about your company, products, services and goals. Sometimes, new clients are hesitant to share all they really desire from a website because of a lack of understanding of the technical parts of web design. Our promise is you will never be judged or talked down to with geek talk, so feel free to share all your website desires. We encourage you to babble on either on the phone or on digital paper. You can never give us too much information.

2. Dollars and cents.
The next step in the process is to take all your input and put together a quote. After all, one of the first questions from every client is "how much will this cost?" Once we have settled the costs, we gather any copy, documents and images that will be needed from you for the project.

3. Templates for fine tuning.
Next we create a template of the first page of your site. Depending on the complexity of your site, sub page templates may also be necessary. This is where a majority of your input will be made. The goal is to make any modifications at this point prior to completing the rest of the pages in your site. Changes later in the process tend to take more time than if they are settled at this point.

4. Build, build, build. Test, test, test.
Next, we build out the website and any administrative interfaces necessary for you to maintain your website. Finally, we test, test, test. We ask you to test all areas of the website as well. Final changes are made and the website is then launched.

5. Free advertising and marketing ideas.
This is not where our job ends. We consider this just the beginning. Due to our extensive web and marketing experience, we are completely open to consulting with you as the website gets introduced to the world. We are terrific at coming up with fresh ideas for you to think on. A living, breathing, changing website is a healthy, successful and profitable website.

By the way, we host our client websites as well and are set up with current and stable web servers, complete with control panels for you to manage your email, etc.
