As you begin searching for a web design team, it is very likely you will end up with quotes that are sometimes thousands of dollars apart for the same project. Many clients end up scratching their heads trying to figure out how the difference can be so vast. At least part of the answer is that many design firms are well established and have large payrolls to cover. This results in expensive quotes for you. They are really quoting to cover their overhead and then some profit, but their quotes are more expensive than necessary for the project. On the other end, you can end up with extremely low quotes. These are usually newer designers trying to break into the business. More often than not they are just dabbling with web design and have a regular full time job.

It seems pretty obvious to steer clear of both extremes. We have a very fair pricing structure and keep our overhead extremely low. We aren't caught up in the trappings of the 'corporate office' and we work with several subcontractors with whom we already have a long term relationship. This allows us to gear up for large size projects easily while not having to overcharge to maintain a highly paid staff in leaner times.

In short, we quote based on an $85/hr rate which is the same rate we have maintained for the past seven years. Having quoted and designed hundreds of projects over the years, our quotes are pretty darn accurate without the need to 'pad' the quote.

The only time we change a quote is if the client becomes very involved and changes the scope of the project in mid stream. We are flexible and fine with that. We appreciate the passion to get it right the first time. We simply ask for the same flexibility from you in paying for the extra time needed to make these shifts in the project.

Due to the fact that we put real man hours into each project, we do not offer refunds. We believe a hard worker is worth his wages. In the extremely rare event that you are completely unsatisfied with the work, we will keep only the monies that have aleady been worked for and will relinquish the rest of the contracted amount. By the way, in seven years, we have only had to do this one time. We consistently bend over backwards to win your satisfaction.
